First of all, the education should broaden the student's horizon by supplying various elective courses. For instance, liberal art education for engineer students is essential and vital, because they can learn skills for good interpersonal relationship and leadership as well as oral and written communication skills. Secondly, the education should also inoculate students with values what we shared: honesty, fairness, tolerant, self-discipline, fidelity to task, friends, and family, personal responsibility, love of country, and belief in the principle of liberty, equality, and the freedom to practice one's faith. In addition, the education should encourage students to take more extra- curriculum activities and provide some facilities. For example, the interest-teams, such as music, sport, movie, language and so on, will attract more students if schools appropriate money to support interest-teams' development.
