3.It's more important to allocate money for immediate,existing social problems than to spend it on long-term research that might help future generations.The author holds that to allocate money for immediate,exsiting social problems is more important than to spend it on lone-term research that might help future generations.In my view,however,human beings ought to take into account both long-term and short-term interests when making budgets.
Naturally,each generation is most concerned about solving problems that immediately confront them.It's also the govement's duty to allocate money for that in order to gain support from citizens.When you are not able to finish the homework at hand everyday,how can you gain a good performance in the final exam?Take unemployment for instance:the situation nowadays that more and more workers lost their jobs is so severe that it needs being paid great attention to and resolved.Many governments are trying their best to meet their needs,and pay them some amount of money to pacify them.If it can not be properly worked out,the citizens may struggle for their own rights which may finally result in a commotion.On the other side,
Another point is that some flourishing aspects of the society should not be stimulated any more by offering too much money.Though Industry has greatly improved our economy and solved the job problem to some extent,it brings great polution to our environment,which is highly appreciated since last century.As a result,less money ought to be allocated to such areas in which over-development may be harmful to the society.
However,what differentiates human beings from other animals is that humans have a sense of future and are morally responsible for the well-being of their descends.The most important of them is education,the greatest gift for the next generation,which keeps compelling the world.More cost on education will well benefit the society in that there are more intelligent people equipped with knowledge and experience.Without education,humans in this world will become more and more stupid.
As beneficiaries of previous generations,each generation should make its own contributions for the well-being of future generations.We are using the inventions and discoveries of former intellects,while we should play our role in helping humans in the future.If no roads have been built,how shall we reach the target place by car?Sharing the previllege of the work of former generations,we should make more convenient infrastructures like roads so as to make people in the future enjoy a happy life like us.

这一篇作文用了两三个小时，严重超时，而且我肚子里的素材，比如一些名人事例什么的还比较匮乏，很郁闷，所以这篇文章没有什么强有力的例证同，光干巴巴地用语言论证了，估计语句用的也不怎么地道。四月八号就要考试了，我一定继续努力！
从今天起我也帮别人看文章，大家共同进步，共同提高！ 1、them指代不明，这个句子应该重新写。
2、intellects我本来是想表达智者，或者有才能的人，不知道这个词行不行，是否有更好的表达方式。
