关于数学sub送分问题

我在sub报名的时候选择Score Recipient的第2步（Select Your Department）时，点了select按钮后出现System Error，提示说

An error has occurred and we cannot complete your request at this time. Please try again later。。

选了好几个学校都是这样，请问是怎么回事呢？大家有遇到过这个问题吗？谢谢！
