1.需要承认的是 教学是很重要的 而且个好的教授是学生选择学校的重要原因
2.然而只教学而不研究不可以因为只有研究才能让教授处于科学前沿，学生才能学好
3.科研可以使学生参与
4.不现实，科研才有经费支持研究组才能推动社会发展

思路：
1.Health Care support for the unemployed是保证劳动力充足的基础。只有足够的劳动力才能克服经济危机。但教育是长远投资，一会半会不给钱也没事
2.没有Health Care support for the unemployed 造成精神的衰退。不论有没有工作的工人都会失去信心，走出危机更没戏了。但是教育都是教育机构承担压力而且他们有一定应对机制。
3.尽管教育会受影响但是可以后头再多给点钱。

思路：
1.学生更关注于学校教学水平和教授。
2.付出和收获不成正比
3.不是长久之计，会使学校其他方面建设受影响。
