Issue74 The most effective way to communicate an idea or value to large groups of people is through the use of images, not language.

Which way is the most effective way to communicate an idea or value to large groups of people, through images or language? Considering their peculiar characters, I believe the combination of them is the best way.

Images are considered as a vivid and easy way to express vision as well as some common feelings. Because of its intuitionistic character, it can even transfer information in spite of the nation boundary. For example, a face with charming smile always expresses friendship; rose is a sign of love; and facing to the scene of slaughter, no one would keep quiet. It sometimes does better than thousands of words. We should pile millions of words to describe what the hell is the war, but we only need a photograph recording the scene of death to show people what is hell. In fact, it is just those photos about the Unarm war from the front determinedly compelling people to be against war. When a picture is so complicated and can express so much and so strong feelings, words exhibit their weakness, and we should turn much to images.

However, images are not always so effective. They often cause confusion. At that time, we need language to express our idea precisely. The understanding of an image can change with different people, and even with the different moods of the same people. The famous example must be the painting Mona Lisa, whose meanings remain a puzzle. Until now, people still argue about whether she is happy, calm or sad. Moreover, it is common that when we are happy, wind seems so soft and sun is warm, whereas, when we feel sad, wind becomes strong and sun is hot. However, the word "warm" will never change to "hot", a young man will never be equal to a men with a head covered with white hair. So when we should express something very exactly, language seems more effective.

Considering all above, it is easy to accept, the combination of them is the best way. We can use vivid imagines to show how two molecular interplay with clear explanations in language. Without imagines, this abstract process will require so many words to figure out that make the whole case boring. Likewise, without language explanation, the picture would become a puzzle; people will not know what that is. Similarly, a bird flying in sky can induce countless imagination, however, when we hear the explanation directing us to pay attention to the pose when it flies, we precisely know what the interpreter want to say.

To sum up, when the intuitionistic character of images and precision of language work together, we can most effectively express our ideas.

Which way is the most effective way to communicate an idea or value to large groups of people, through images or language? Considering their peculiar characters, I believe that the combination of them is the best way.
Images are considered as a vivid and easy way to express vision as well as some common feelings. Because of its intuitionistic 这个词是不是用错了? character, it can even transfer information in spite of the nation boundary.language不可以吗? For example, a face with charming smile always expresses friendship; rose is a sign of love; and facing to the scene of slaughter, no one would keep quiet. It sometimes does better than thousands of words. 不用thousands of words吧,rigid words感觉就可以了 We should pile millions 很夸张呀 of words to describe what the hell is the war, but we only need a photograph recording the scene of death to show people what is hell. In fact, it is just those photos about the Unarm war from the front determinedly compelling people to be against war. When a picture is so complicated and can express so much and so strong feelings, words exhibit their weakness, and we should turn much to images.

Images are considered as a vivid and easy way to express vision as well as some common feelings. Because of its intuitionistic character, it can even transfer information in spite of the nation boundary  boundaries . For example, a face with charming smile always expresses friendship; rose is a sign of love; and   去掉 facing to the scene of slaughter, no hardly one would keep quiet. It sometimes does better than thousands of words.   我觉得是cannot be explicitly expressed by words说thousand未免有点武断 举例很好哦 We should pile millions of words to describe what the hell is the war, but we only need a photograph recording the scene of death to show people what is hell. In fact, it is just those photos about the Unarm war from the front frontier determinedly compelling people to be against war.

The famous example must be the painting Mona Lisa, whose meanings 改成smile吧   remain a puzzle. Until now, people still argue about whether she is happy, calm or sad. Moreover, it is common that when we are happy, wind seems so soft and sun is warm, whereas, when we feel sad, wind becomes strong   ruthless and sun is hot. However, the word "warm" will never change to "hot", a young man will never be equal to a men with a head covered with white hair. So when we should express something very exactly, language seems more effective.

Considering all above, it is easy easy有点唐突 to accept, the combination of them is the best way.

For example, a face with charming smile always expresses friendship; rose is a sign of love; and facing to the scene of slaughter, no one would keep quiet.

what the hell is the war[ what the hell the war is]

However, images are not always so effective. [ From the Ts, I feel that you may think the expression through images is the first one should to be considered during the communication.Maybe you should change this Ts, and use another way to give the same view that they are both important. It is personal attitude.]

good essay!
