Digital Economy and Smart Enterprises Research Center focuses on interdisciplinary research (strategy, operations, investment, marketing, human resource etc.) in the burgeoning field of business analytics and intelligence in the digital economy era. The Center provides a platform to encourage dialogue and exchange among academics and business community. Research Center also plays the role of multi-enterprise learning union as well as accumulates distinctive industry resources through active participation and exchange between member companies.
Job Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities mainly include but not limited to the following:
1. Assist in research, including literature review, collecting/coding/analyzing data, coordination ofresearch projects, etc.
2. Assist in teaching for EMBA/FMBA/EEPclasses, including course development and design, material preparation (case writing).
3. Assist to contact andcoordinate with international scholars and Chinese executives.
4. General administrative tasks, including correspondence, symposium, etc.
Job Requirements:
1. PhD in business/managementor related fields.
2. Self-motivated with strong work ethics.
3. Excellent Chinese writing ability and good at making ppts and presentation.
4. Excellent English writing, reading and speaking skills.
5. Prior business research would be a plus.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with abroad range of individuals and groups.
7. Able tocommit for at least 1 year.
