4月了还没收到ebac 的offer是不是被默拒了？

如题，楼主在3.23号进行的面试，焦急地等到三月底还是没有NUS ISS EBAC项目的消息，请问是不是被拒了？

老师你好， EBAC 拿的的是master 的degree 吗？ 我看到说是graduate certificates,这个跟master 的degree 有区别吗?
