issue17

"There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and, even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws."有两种法律:公平和不公平的。社会中的每个都应改遵守公平的法律,更重要的是,应该不遵守或者违抗不公平的法律

提纲:
disagree

People live in a legal society and must obey various laws. The author divides the laws into two types: just and unjust. Then he claims that everyone should not only obey just laws, but also should resist unjust ones. Since each person has their own attitude, the line between the just and the unjust is indefinable. Even more important, people should not contravene and resist unjust laws, because the laws make sure the stability of the country.

To begin with, there does not exist a uniformed standard of justice for everyone because the judgement about what is just often gains from personal experience, religious belief and social background, varying from one person to person. Everyone in a society has his/her own benefit and wants to maximize the profit, so laws are beneficial to some people while hurt the others. For instance, to survive through the competition with foreign companies which can provide cheaper goods with higher quality, the domestic industries call for higher tariff. This law helps internal industries to gain great profit while native customers may find it unjust because they are obliged to spend more money for what they want. The example proves that whether laws are just or unjust depends on its environment that is related to the individual’s beliefs, interests, and traditions. There are not absolutely just laws and the legislator can only address a rational law satisfied most people.

In the meantime, the main purpose of the law is to assure the stability of the nation. Laws punish a person who do harm to the society, provide a fair-and-square environment for competition and enable the flourish of the nation. Take the objecting monopolization for example. It provides equality of opportunity for each enterprise, stimulates the competition and propels the development of economic. If laws, even though having some flaws, are easy to resist, a disaster will come sooner or later. For example, Abraham Lincoln was murdered by the slaveholders in southern America in the eighteen century because they thought the actions undertaken by him were completely unjust and unwelcome. If each person can resist what he/she considered unjust, the nation may be on chaos toward full of all types of illegal behavior.

Admittedly, nothing is perfect. Laws also have flaws and may out of time. Individuals should offer some suggestion in aspect of the law and the legislative should hear the voice coming from the public. By gathering and analyzing the feedback, the legislators consummate or even establish new laws to meet the people's need.

To sum up, considering there is no clear standards between just and unjust laws, the division is wrong. In addition, laws are the basis of the society's stability, so individual has a responsibility to conform to and only legislative can modifies them after carefully analyzing.

Admittedly, nothing is perfect.CLICHE的TS要改改, Laws also have flaws and may out of time. Individuals should offer some suggestion in aspect of the law and the legislative should hear the voice coming from the public. By gathering and analyzing the feedback, the legislators consummate or even establish new laws to meet the people's need.可以在展开谈立法改革的问题啊,没有时间了吗

To sum up, considering there is no clear standards between just and unjust laws, the division is wrong. In addition, laws are the basis of the society's stability, so individual has a responsibility to conform to THEMand only legislative can modifies them after carefully analyzing.

总体感觉论证+例子都还算充分,语言上如果能再提高一些就更好了
