比利时分为北方的荷兰语Flanders和南方的法语Wallonia。官方网站是分开的。
wikipedia和answers有整个比利时的学校名单，下面有提到。

如果大家想找别的国家，直接google就行了。
以瑞典为例，google关键词一般是"study in sweden"，"sweden university"。。。
在wikipedia.org或者在answers.com里面搜"List of universities and colleges by country"也能搜到。
我搜了一下，是以下链接。如果链接失效直接google也行。

http://www.answers.com/topic/list-of-universities-and-colleges-by-country
wikipedia的信息比较全，不过大陆地区可能要用代理才能上。
如果上不了wikipedia，用answers也ok，不过answers的信息量比较小，个人不喜欢。
google directory里面也有一个学校列表，不过我没有考证过该列表的正确性，我个人觉得这个directory功能不够强大：

再链接一个Erasmus Mundus的课程列表：

有的官方网站或者学校网站默认语言不是英语，但是大部分是有英文版的，在主业面找一找"English", "In English", "In Other Language", "International website"之类的按钮。
有的是做成英国国旗图标，如：http://www.liu.se/mall06/grafik/ikoner/on_english.gif，http://www.unige.ch/webadmin/gif/flags/en.gif， http://www.utwente.nl/repository/atcampus/homepage/images/icons/en.gif（有圆的也有方的，有彩色的也有黑白的）。。。
如果你还是找不到，可能这个网站没有英文版的。。。 :rolleyes:
