Education is a human right. As governments realize that education is one of the most important opportunities to produce potential leaders in the future, all the countries should provide the effective education to the students. Nowadays, the most effective education system is to nutrient the students personally and professionally.

First of all, one aspect of the effective education system involves the satisfaction of the individual's needs and interests. In other words, the interests and the needs of each student are the catalyst in the series reaction between the students and the education. The increasing diversity of our society produces students different with each other and thus a diversified education system is called for. The most famous case in diversified education relates to one of the greatest inventors, Thomas Edison. In his childhood in school, he had been regarded as a doltish and abnormal boy in the class, even drummed out by his teacher. Edison and we later generations are fortunate due to Edison's mother, who gave him the interesting-related education and thus fostered another Prometheus. In short, if an education cannot meet the needs and interests of each student, it is impossible for a student to nutrient well.

On the other hand, the primary goal of the education not only pursues the students' wills but also meets the social needs and the survival skills a student should gains. Since most of the education in the world is invested by the governments, it is unavoidable that fostering the future leaders, diplomats, economists and jurists, etc. should be one of the missions the education shoulders. In this case, the education won't and cannot meet the needs and interests of each student as well. Some students will go mad when facing the math problem or physics, or such like those of fundamental spheres, but can they reject them out of hand? As these fundamental subjects pervade every aspect of our social lives, one should learn some basic disciplines to live well. In other words, it involves the needs for survival. No body can deny to jobs or occupations at least not to starve in the society, even though the government will supply the welfare to everybody. It is the human nature to have an occupation, to live on one’s own.

Meanwhile, the students are too young to tell the right from the wrong so that the guidance is needed in locating where the interests lay. On the one hand, most of the needs and interests of the students are in a dim world or limited to a restricted sphere. Seldom would catch a clear view on one's own interests according with the characteristics. And the so-called interests of a student will change with the one’s growth up and the broadened and deepened knowledge with him/her. On the other hand, the interests can also be fostered. No one is born to be a pianist, an artist, an architect, a writer, an economists. Thus the education system shoulders the burden to provide students as much as possible with the opportunities to touch the history, the art, the economics, the math, and the physics.

In sum, education will always be a complex issue. Without considering the needs and interests of each student, the education will be a failure; without meeting the social needs, the education won't survive. In any event, an effective educator should always keep in mind to foster the students personally and professionally.
