Generation

Every generation of people is different in important ways. People were born in different time periods with different social environments would cause different views and issues. People of different generations have different views and abilities to accept new things.

Different generations caused different views and issues. Environment to a man when he is young may impact on his entire life. Like in China, most people who were born in 1930s or 1940s have very strict attitudes on wasting, but younger generation, especially the people who were born in late 70s and 80s are most casually in this area. In my family, my parents were both born in 1950s, they always think much of education, and I have to be a full-scale student. Because they weren’t able to have the opportunity to have good education at that time. But I don’t think that way. I work hard to improve myself and develop my interest.

Different generations caused different views and accepting abilities on new things, such as fashion. The elder generation always feels more difficult to accept the new things than younger generation. Like in my family, my parents feel uneasy on boy’s earrings, and always advise what I should wear. But I don’t care how many earrings my cousin and boyfriend wearing and always wear what I like and which I think is fashionable.

Difference between generations is caused by many reasons, but it doesn’t means as younger generation I could disrespect my parents because we have different attitudes, or my parents could charge me everything because they are elder. The gap need both generations work hard to be closer.
