很多人问我能否直接从网络上download表格的问题, 我发了邮件去问ETS,

从以上的信息来看, 从ETS下载表格然后打印填表邮寄报名的方式是可行的

当然 如果觉得不放心 可以尝试网络报名或者等正式的bulletin可以post过来了再说
