嗯，我首先不trust你。
今年我们5个大陆被Dartmouth录取的学生自己承担的费用加起来还不到Dartmouth一年的comprehensive fee。我financial aid（i20上的）拿了44000多，加上另外health insurance给的aid 1500，还有入校送的笔记本电脑1500美元，一共拿了47000美元的financial aid。
我们高中另外一位被录取的男生自己也只用承担2800美元。
我实在想不出来综合性大学里面还有哪些学校比Dartmouth更慷慨了，而且我们的Financial aid是没有loan的。
UPenn，Northwestern，WUSTL都是有financial aid的。

U of Virginia也有，我高中的一个女同学拿了半奖。

Due to the limited resources available for financial aid, Dartmouth must take the financial resources of international applicants into account when making admissions decisions. Dartmouth provides financial aid to all admitted students who demonstrate financial need and will meet 100% of that demonstrated need.

that's what I mean by limited number,not none

If you are a Non-Citizen
The University is able to offer financial assistance to very few students who are not citizens or permanent residents of the U.S., Canada or Mexico. Therefore, most non-citizens should plan to meet expenses for their entire schooling before applying for admission. Because the offer of admission for non-citizens is directly linked to their ability to meet these expenses, candidates who can pay for their schooling are urged not to apply for Penn-sponsored assistance.

Financial Aid for International Students
Northwestern University will offer need-based financial aid awards to a small group of international students entering in Fall 2006. Citizens of countries outside the United States who apply under Regular Decision for financial aid will be reviewed as a separate group. The usual selective admission criteria, as well as the amount of financial aid needed by an applicant, will be factors in the admission committee's decision. As a result, Northwestern will not offer admission to some candidates who are otherwise well-qualified. For these reasons, the admission rate for international applicants requesting aid is substantially lower than for those not requesting aid. Only those students who apply for and receive financial aid for their freshman year will be eligible to receive financial assistance in subsequent years. There is no financial aid available for international transfer applicants or international students applying under Early Decision.

sorry, I mean few or limited for some universities,not none
but Emory ,UCLA,NYU,U of Chicago do not offer scholarship for international undergraduate for sure
