还有一个问题。我刚刚拿到的I20。如果申请I20时用的financial document和寄给USCIS的金额完全一样，但日期不同有问题吗？因为我妈妈不小心把以前开财力证明的那部分钱挪用了，但存款还是有的，所以我让她按相同金额重开的，感觉比较保险。可是这样学校OIS的存档资料就跟我寄过去的有些不同，但不影响金额。会出问题么？

I received the ucsic's letter that they need more documents about financial supports. such as the last three months's bank statements in my name, I-134 form, I really dont understand that should I need fill the I-134 form?
the OISS in my university said that my husband is F1, I need not to prepare this form. I-134 form is  submitted by the permernent status person(GREEN CARD).
on the other hand , I have no enough time to ask my family to sent me my last three months bank statement. can I sent my husband's bank statement?


I want to cry, really.........

弱问一下，I539上面Part 3 Processing Information里面第一个问题 I/We request that my/our current or requested status be extended until ______. 什么意思啊？看不懂。填什么东东？

according to  your I-20 form date deadline, your I-20 form shows that  you complete your study not later than**/**/****, that is what you should fill.

我当初也没搞懂怎么填,后来学校老师说PART 3和我没有关系,所以这部分我就全部空着没有填.

学校老师一开始就让我找sponsor,要求给I-134.我说我老公给我付学费,老师说USCIS不能接受F1做为sponsor,因为F1的奖学金原则上只可以负责生活费,但是学费是不可以负担的.所以我没有办法只好找了亲戚(有GC)做sponsor,虽然最终学费还是我自己出.

关于I-134,同时必须递交sponsor的工作证明(职位是否永久?暂时?),银行帐户证明(何时开帐户,过去一年所有帐户的资金流动情况).以次来衡量sponsor的经济能力是否可以负担你的学习费用.

建议你拿着USCIS的信再去学校OISS问问,看看他们什么意见.

本来都照着你说的填好了，可刚看到以前的帖子，说：

“这个表有两个地方不是很好填:
一个是part 1: expires on: D/S 你老公的到期日
      part 3: 直接填D/S 就好啦”

D/S什么意思啊？到底该怎么填阿？

D/S是说你老公在美国呆的时间，即根据他呆的时间来决定你的时间。
你还没填好吗，不好意思，这两天比较忙，没有上来看，不知道影响你了吗。
另外，昨天看邮件，我的已经APPROVED了，20 号寄出来，但是我还没有收到，不知道是不是因为圣诞节的原因，呵呵，也祝MM一切顺利。圣诞节快乐！！！
