本科不是念HR甚至不是念商科都没关系

4年工作经验对申请是很有帮助的

各校要求不同，如果想申HR牛校，GMAT最好在700以上，T在600以上；如果申普通的，G在650以上，T在550以上即可

其他硬性条件，可能就是GPA了，最好能有3.0以上，越高越好。有的普通一点的学校要求2.75以上

再有就是看你PS及essay的写作了

关于HR学校的问题

请教楼主，根据楼主的经验
1、HR在商学院中的是不是全部要gmat?
2、HR放在其他文学院或者其他的全部要GMAT吗？或者是看学校要求？
3、如果2不要GAMT的学校多吗？我看了楼主的列表，是不是排名后面的是？

1。大部分要GMAT，有的两者都可，极少数只要GRE
2。看学校要求，一般来说，准备念HR的话，考GMAT没错
3。极少有学校的HR program不接受GMAT

我的本科是学习行政管理的，不知这个专业可不可以申请HR专业呢？还有这个专业在商学院，拿奖学金的可能性是不是非常小啊？你说的工作经验是指相关的工作经验还是只要有一定工作经验就行呢？
