很受用的帖子

现手边的工作内容里涉及很多人力的事情，含概的内容是很广泛的，每一项都很细致的，有时候自己都要自己去现找法规来看，真的要系统学一下。

赞！我现在申hr，材料已经寄出去了。不过看了搂主的贴后信心大失啊。我申请的有以下学校：麻烦搂主给参谋一下：
cornell, msu, umn, rutgers, uiuc, newschool, nyu, bu, siuc, psu, sfu.
其中umn申了两个专业：Industrial relations and human resources和human resources development.
我的背景：
本可大四在读
GPA: 87/100overall;91/100 major;
T:633+5.5
G: 1200+4.5
WORK: not graduated but have five years working experience in teaching and developing;
started my own business doing training in the year of 2005, but failed in 2006;
Volunteer: UNESCO; Malaysia Embassy
写过一片自己觉得还可以的学期论文，还有毕业论文，没有发表；
参加过一个部级课题，中宣部。
麻烦搂住帮忙参考一下。谢谢咯

这个很难说，你的成绩算是不错了，缺陷就是GRE太低了，如果你能考到1400以上，Cornell录取你应该没什么问题

现在既然申请完了，就静等消息吧，再过一个月基本上就都出消息了除了PSU会到3月底左右

And it is the routine check that urges us to share the similarities and weaken the differences. It propels us to say what we would not say, to think from a perspective that we would not take, to reconsider what we would not even bother to consider, and finally to change what we would not be willing to change.

谢咯lz. 还有，我一直想找个牛点的hr的公司做做实习，不知道lz有没有什么好的建议。在北京我只知道有一家mercer,其他的还有什么呢?
