前言
美国著名的经济学家保罗·萨缪尔森、威廉·诺德豪斯在其所著的《微观经济学》（第十六版）中写到：

“就经济学而言，信息革命向我们提供了通向数据资料和研究成果的快捷途径。只需点几下鼠标，我们就
能找到最新的失业率数据、追踪贫困与收入的信息、钻研我们银行的错综复杂的体系。几年前，收集资料
以分析研究一个经济学课题恐怕至少得要几周时间；而今天，只要有一台电脑和少量操作，同样的任务便
可在几分钟之内完成。”的确，在网络时代，互联网正在迅速地变成世界性的图书馆，如果你能低成本、
高效率地搜索并利用互联网上的各种经济学资源，为你所用，当然会给你的工作、学习和研究带来极大的
便利。但人们在海量的信息面前，往往显得不知所措。

这本《网上经济学资源指南》就是从互联网上海量经济学信息中精挑细选出来的精华资源，也是笔者浸淫
互联网多年的一点小小成果。笔者之所以想把自己在互联网上的发现写出来与大家一起分享，一是因为如
今的大学生、实际部门的经济工作者及经济学研究人员对阅读原版英文文献的渴求。二是为他们在网上寻
找自己所需的经济学资源提供一个指引，从而降低他们的搜寻成本，提高学习效率。中国经济学要走向世
界，阅读经济学原典是必由之路。

本书共分五章，第一章主要介绍当今世界流行的、欧美等主要研究型大学必订的几种收费经济学资源及其
主要内容。第二章主要介绍一些综合类经济学资源，综合类经济学资源一般是指不局限于某一特定研究领
域的经济学资源，当然也包括一般经济学资源，它提供许多世界上最优秀的经济学网站链接地址。第三章
主要介绍专业类经济学资源，几乎囊括了经济学研究的各个领域。第四章主要介绍一些经济学者的个人主
页。我们的遴选标准是既要有较大的信息量，又要有一定的学术参考价值。当然也在一定程度上反映了笔
者的研究偏好。第五章主要介绍课程类经济学资源，主要包括一些有用的课程讲义及免费可得的经济学经
典文献。课程几乎涵盖经济学的诸领域，如微观经济学、宏观经济学、金融经济学、劳动经济学、实验经
济学、新制度经济学、信息经济学、合约经济学、环境经济学及博弈论等。应当指出的是，由于网上中文
经济学资源较少且乏善可存，这里一概不作介绍。

    这里介绍互联网上的几种主要收费经济学资源。如果你所在的学校或机构购买了这些收费经济学资源，你就可以直接进入这些数据库查阅或下载相关的资料。需要说明的是，提供这些收费服务的公司一般都是通过IP地址来识别你是否有权进入的。

    OCLC FirstSearch是一个联机参考咨询系统，它会协助你检索各种类型的资源，以满足你对信息的需求：世界各地图书馆馆藏中的电子版以及传统类型的资料；众所周知的一些参考数据库；大家所熟悉的数据库、杂志和电子期刊中的全文和全映像文献；网络资源 。

    Business Source Premier 数据库共提供了3350种期刊的索引和文摘，其中有2800种学术期刊为全文，在这些全文期刊中，900种为学术评论性期刊，如哈佛商业评论、MIT斯隆管理评论等。该数据库收录几乎商业领域所有期刊，包括管理、经济、财务、会计、国际贸易等。该数据库收录的期刊含盖社会学、人类学、教育学、语言学、文学艺术、医学、工程技术、计算机科学、物理化学等多种学科。该数据库中有300种期刊的全文回溯到1922年。数据库每日更新。

JSTOR全名为Journal Storage，是一个对过期期刊进行数字化的非营利性机构，于1995年8月成立。该机构有鉴于期刊订费高涨，及过期期刊对于图书馆所造成经费及存放空间等问题，有计划地建立核心学术性过期期刊的数字化存档，以节省空间，同时提供资料检索的功能，有效提高使用的便利性。 目前JSTOR的全文库是以政治学、经济学、哲学、历史等人文社会学科主题为中心，兼有一般科学性主题共十几个领域的代表性学术期刊的全文库。从创刊号到最近两三年前过刊都可用影像来阅览全文。有些过刊其回溯年代早至1665年。
由于JSTOR定购费用高企，据笔者所知，目前国内只有北大、清华及央行购买了JSTOR。而欧美的一些研究型大学，几乎无一例外地订有JSTOR。随着中国经济社会的发展，我们相信在不久的将来，会有更多的高校和科研机构购买JSTOR。在JSTOR数据库中，经济、金融及商业类期刊几乎囊括了当今世界一流的顶尖期刊。如《美国经济评论》、《政治经济学杂志》、《经济学季刊》、《经济研究评论》、《计量经济学》等。具体期刊目录如下：

ScienceDirect 系由荷兰Elsevier公司创建的大型数据库。Elsevier公司是世界著名的学术期刊出版商，出版有1，200多种世界公认的高品位学术期刊，其中的大部分期刊都是SCI、EI等国际公认的权威大型检索数据库收录的各个学科的核心学术期刊。包括数学、物理、生命科学、化学、计算机、临床医学、环境科学、材料科学、航空航天、工程与能源技术、地球科学、天文学、及经济学、商业管理、社会科学等学科。从1997年开始，该公司推出名为Science Direct的电子期刊计划，将该公司的全部印刷版期刊转换为电子版，并使用基于浏览器开发的检索系统Science Server。
