我还是在国内中行办了的,因为我身份证在家,我妈妈全以我的名字存了钱在中行,所以就省了亲戚证明这一道 :)
下面是我老公问他一个曾经办过国内中行资金证明的朋友所得到的回信。
Here is the format of "Certificate of deposit"
"We hereby certify that up to Jul,01,2002 Mrs. XXX has deposit accounts
with this bank as follows:
....
Bank of China
Authorized signature"
It is provided by Bank of China. It has Chinese translation above English one.(Line by line) The person in bank knows how to fill it. (They has certain forms and only print the money and name, at the end the person will sign on it.) In Chinese, it is "存款证明".
PS. I think that only US dollar account works.
You also need a certificate from your (or her) parents saying that they pledged to give money to her. I didn't have them now, you can downloaded it from 新东方. But your parents need to go to 公证处 to certify it also. In Chinese, it is "经济担保书" or something else. it depends on the translator in your hometown. Remember, it is just a certified letter from your parents. Their signature and the stamp (图章) of 公证处 are important. It is better not to use someone other than 直系亲属.
Since you are in US now, there might not be a problem.
Only those two papers are crucial. It takes some time and fees to get
them.
