To be a good boss require many excellent qualities which beyond his subordinates, thus he could be sincerely convinced by them. In my opinion, those excellent qualities contains many but the most significant ones are knowledge, experience and good characters as I will state paticularly as follows.

First of all, profound professional knowledge should become the basic thing a good boss owns. For we all know that there is no born-boss, any boss at first was a jackeroo or an employee and gradually made effort to learn relative knowledges and other things, then step by step he was elevated to the boss position mainly because of his superb professional knowledge which is better than others. Thus mastering the subject that the boss is involved well is a foundment standard to measure whether he or she is a good boss. o }-[`%] I8KN

Since he becomes a boss, what he would do is not only accomplishing assignments skillful but also conducting others, his underlines to do it well. If the boss is experienced in management, of course both he and his team would gain great achievement for he owns the ability and experience to lead them in the right direction and make success.

Moreover, another quality that is as indispensable as the two above is the kind characters such as patience, gentleness and so on. For whether employees would respect his boss depends not only on his capacity, but his personalities as well. Only a knowledgable and experienced boss also owns a good temper and makes his subodinates feel he is easy to go with, could the boss be regarded as a good boss by crowd.

Well, I think I would prefer to live with roomates rather them living alone. For having roomates means we will help each other and gain helps from each other, such as I would help one when she has trouble in study, and another may get inspired from my way of thinking. Furthermore, living with other people also predicates we could share our interests, feelings and so on, and that means our life will be plentiful and colorful, at least we never feel lonely.
