Every government has its own policies to encourage energy conservation. There is no one denying the fact that increasing prices of gasoline and electricity is a very popular method, and a popular topic which has caused heated debate over a long period of time. Some people regard this method as an efficient one while other people think is makes no sense. Firstly, increasing prices of gasoline and electricity actually help to conserve energy in some extent. No one will deny that we are facing to the crisis of energy deficiency results from human abuse about them. Since many governments have been busy on exploiting them, utilizing them and even fighting for them for several decades, while ignoring that those energes were non-cycled. As time goes by, energy becomes less and less while human need is continuously increasing. Then (So)limiting the consumption and making an efficient usage of energy is a necessary way for conservation, especially in developing countries. For in such countries, people are not living in a high level and can not afford high consuming in such energy, once such prices rise up, people have to consider how to use them effeciently instead of abusing them without limit just because they thought those energes are cheap and countless.
