本科北京211，现大四，5\60，学分积将近85.6 S+ _$ T0 }) @6 q& }5 l
已保研，研究生学校北京985，专业本科人力资源管理，硕士企业管理（人资方向），想继续在此方向努力。
研究生2年，打算硕士毕业后出国，如果顺利的话研一出去有可能么？

暂无GT成绩，9月考，估计不会很高。英语一般，无论文，有一个好的GT成绩和发表几篇一般的论文哪个对申请的帮助更大。' C' D* ]' p8 S) {# V! o( |
* N0 G5 m L; Z$ }/ F6 n6 u0 D5 N
有在500强外企全职实习过两个半月。有一定学校活动经历。
申请新加坡的三所国立大学NUS,NTU SMU的PHD全奖机会大么，请用百分比表示好么（e.g. 30%的机会）。
如果申请by course 的master 希望大么，by courese 毕业后在那面就业怎样？

其实我觉得把GT考好,新加坡的学校就问题不大了.
至于paper嘛,有英文的最好,中文的大家都知道,很多杂志出钱就能发

your background seems to be in the average level. your gpa might be a weakness. given that you do not have gmat available right now, i cannot comment on the school-selection of your applcation and actually i am not familiar with those institutes in singapore.

i would suggest you devote to the research-based activities rather than rush to publications that are not mature. it will propose very bad influence to your academic career later if you take a rush for publications right now in some so-so journals

Every once in a while, there is a day with an absolute right and an absolute wrong. And these days always inlcude making critical decisions definitive for your whole life. Though, from time to time, it is not always your call to decide what you shall do to make it better, you have no right to put yourself in a position where you do not take any pre-cautious routine check to review what has happened in your daily lives. It is the routine check that tells you exactly what needs to be done and why. It is the routine check that helps to redefine or align the way people like you and me or whoever around pursue whatever they have been doing. And it is the routine check that urges us to share the similarities and weaken the differences. It propels us to say what we would not say, to think from a perspective that we would not take, to reconsider what we would not even bother to consider, and finally to change what we would not be willing to change.
