一句话很冷：There is no departmental funding available for you at this time.
第一个问题请问这表明我不可能有任何奖了吗？
还有一个暂时ad：

第二个问题：email原文You can not be formally admitted until we have an official transcript with your degree posted, therefore, you will not be able to register for classes until you are officially admitted.
可是我没有毕业啊，不可能马上给他们提供所有的成绩和学位证啊！
该怎么办呢？
