请教Kevin等hr朋友:)

最近对hr方向的知识挺感兴趣的,希望能看点相关的书,或者有机会的话,能修点课:)

所以想请教一下:

1。有什么书籍是适合hr入门者看的吗?:)
2。有什么相关的课可以考虑选修呢?不知道organizational behaviour算不算
3。感觉国内外的hr的风格差别还是挺大的。国内好像hr部门一般没有国外的独立,见过一些规模挺大的企业, 很多人事、聘用、任职之类的事情,都是由公司“副总”而不是“人事部”来做。。所以也不知道在国外学习的hr知识,会不会回了国内就不太适用?

请hr朋友帮忙回答一下。谢了^_^

1. Gary Dessler, Human Resource Management
2. OB不能算,OB和HR是有很大区别的。建议考虑HRM, Employee Selection, Training, Compensation, Strategic HRM之类的HR相关课程。或者,可以去心理学系看看有没有Job Analysis这门课,也是HR相关
3. 国内的HR,尤其是国内很多私企的HR已经上了轨道,外企更不用说,所以,这个不用愁




Every once in a while, there is a day with an absolute right and an absolute wrong. And these days always inlcude making critical decisions definitive for your whole life. Though, from time to time, it is not always your call to decide what you shall do to make it better, you have no right to put yourself in a position where you do not take any pre-cautious routine check to review what has happened in your daily lives. It is the routine check that tells you exactly what needs to be done and why. It is the routine check that helps to redefine or align the way people like you and me or whoever around pursue whatever they have been doing. And it is the routine check that urges us to share the similarities and weaken the differences. It propels us to say what we would not say, to think from a perspective that we would not take, to reconsider what we would not even bother to consider, and finally to change what we would not be willing to change.

HRM, Employee Selection, Training, Compensation, Strategic HRM, Job Analysis,,,我记下了. 不知道我将来有没有时间修. 希望有吧-_-

PS: 印象中KEVIN已经快毕业了吧 你准备去哪里呀?打算找工作还是PHD呢
