他说要两份证明，一个是有照片和签名的，另一个呢？还有照片和签名那个证明是咋回事，照片上写个签名吗？

我想请问一下，那个REGISTRATION NUMBER: xxxxxxx 是什么啊？与以前咱们的信息有一样的吗？我看这个号是以前考作文的时候没有的啊，是不是为笔试专门设置的啊？
