My account shows that I am allowed to download materials: "允许下载/查看附件: √  " but everytime I try, it keeps saying that "附件: 您所在的用户组无法下载或查看附件 ."
I just re-registered a few days ago since I forgot my last ID. So my status shows that I am pretty new here. It was about 3 years ago when I first registered here for the preparation of GRE.

Does anyone know what's going on? Is there anything to do with my internet?
