但我弄不清楚下面这句话的意思，既然要求“申请者不要提供除上述材料外的其他材料”，那又怎么要求“申请者提供信息证明用英文处理疑难问题的能力”？这又是指什么“information”？托福不够么？是不是还要提供一个英文的论文，writing sample之类的？{ xkA-`e N hLwl
