那就是说09毕业的人去申请就不能拿奖学金吗?

可以拿奖学金，但不是那个asian  academics。
Kc5n;B8^5Vf5PuG有一个faculty scholarship，另外什么IP law有微软的奖学金。但是每年好像只有10个人。申请到的机会比较小。
