答案选E，最后一句为什么翻译成： 所以开采海底到目前为止仍然不能成为一项有利可图的业务。     就这句翻译不明白， has yet to become是还不能成为吗？我刚好把它理解反了，我查了一下，YET没有否定的意思啊

yet 在韦氏里面第三意思就是nevertheless , however

这个解释再这里好像也不是啊，这里好像是否定的意思，可是我觉得YET表示否定一般不都是YET NOT吗

是我看马虎了，刚才那个解释不对，下面是韦氏的第二的意思

我觉得这里可以理解成 尚有待于……
