I believe you should be able to launch a school with ranking of 20-50 if you have a good application package. GMAT and TOEFL are not great but decent.
Your undergrad education in Accounting is ABSOLUTELY a big plus for your application. The majority of the accounting master program requires applicants to have a business degree or finish the basic accounting courses. Your background (I mean education) is definitely on top of the school's selection list. Don't worry about it.
If you can get your GMAT>700. I would suggest you try one or two top 20 schools.
However, the ranking I gave you above is for Admission, not for offer. Business schools rarely has RA/TA for master students. There are some, but not too much. You need to do a detail research on your own. Offer is totally dependent on schools, your peers, and other factors. High GMAT/GPA and good experience can't guarantee an offer.
