First of all, advertisements can make the products stand out from the other similar products. In a developed economic system, there are many kinds of products in the market. For example, thousands of companies are providing pencils, and most of their products have the similar qualities and utilities. Theoretically, each company owns a very small proportion of possibility to sell its pencil to the consumers successfully. At this situation, advertisement is an important role in determining which brand of pencils will be chosen by consumers. Because consumers get familiar with this brand, they are probably willing to trust it instead of an unknown one. So advertisement is beneficial for the company to emulate their adversaries.

This impressiveness often takes the form of an grandiose realism. The pictures of high-standard lives in advertisements set an example as the notable life. This is bound to stimulate people to follow the example by buying the specific products in the advertisements. When consumers purchase their products, economic advantages of the companies accrue.
