To begin with, it is undeniable that every student has the right to receive higher education whether his economic situation is sound or not. For example, student load, scholarship as well as some finance aids, all these serve as the methods to help every student finishes his or her education.

Nevertheless, it is a concrete fact that some students do not suit for further education, such as go to college or university, when they graduate from high school, therefore higher education should not be available to these students. One compelling reason is that a small part of students are not interested in academic succeed at all, higher education may to some extent mean waste of time and money. For example, one of my friends Jack, he is an excellent basketball player when he still in the high school, and his dream is to become a professional basketball player when he graduate. Therefore he spent a lots of time on practicing to the point that he cannot understand the contents in the classes . As you know, government has invested a huge amount of money on the infrastructure facilities and teaching buildings in the universities and colleges, however, the money is still not enough to provide every student an opportunity to receive higher education, and the resources are also limited, such as faculties, dormitories, parking places, reference books and information. Therefore it makes sense that the limited resources are only available to good students, who are qualified and have the ability to finish their educational career with high quality. l dU E rf2u!_
