dingdangdd，加州的好象叫CAL CARE，具体我就不知道了。我觉得加州是一定会有这种free care的东西的，因为美国的医疗政策是suppose所有人生病后都会得到治疗...
Moreover, the Cal care may also called "medi-care" , it is provided only by government hospital or health service. If you go to a private hospital, they'll first ask you whether you have an insurance, if not, and if your condition is stable(that means you will not die immediately), they will send you to government hospital.
