3去年D的客户平均六个月找到工作也许是一些比较差的工作，而W得客户平均用九个月找到的也许是比D的客户号的工作，所以花费了较多的时间。

3.即使这个报告也是准确的，也不能说雇佣年纪大的人会提高效率节约成本，老年人的报告只是针对管理员在不在场得出的结论，也许即使管理员不在场老年人的效率会有所提高，但也不一定会比年轻人管理员在场的效率高。所以如果雇佣老年人这样虽然节约了管理员的开支，但是总体的效率相对于雇佣年轻人也许还没有提高甚至会降低。
