刚刚完成了cipa的面试，非常感谢mirandahuang的面经帖子，她说的题目基本上都遇到了！ kira talent这个网站在我家上挺慢的，所以昨晚上折腾了一晚上也没弄好，如果有其他需要面试的朋友可以提前准备一个vpn哈～ 我面试时断了几次，所以题目看到了不少，分别是： 1. what do you think is the most important development in the field of public affairs in the past 25 years? 2. what troubles you most in the wolrd? and what do you do to it? 3. what challenges will you meet when you study in my program? 4. tell me about your volunteer experience 5. tell me about an event to show your leadership （大概是这样 具体怎么说的忘了。。） 6. how can this program fit your into your career goals？ 7. what is your short and long term goals？ 大家加油啊～～祝你们好运！！希望我们的offer都多多多！！！
