Which of the following most logically

Virtually all respondents to a recent voter
survey reported allegiance to one of the two
major political parties. But over a third of the
voters from each party reported being so
disenchanted with the governing philosophies
of both parties that they might join a third

(B) the disenchanted members of the two major
parties are attracted to very different
governing philosophies

of voters disenchanted with both parties, saving

我觉得按道理应该是说第三个政党不能迎合这部分人的思路的原因，而B选项并没有直接提到为什么新的党就不能吸引这部分选民的注意，我觉得D选项要更好些

D是个number game 这 50%可能是1/3除外的50% 那么也就是说还是会有1/3会被swing
B对了在一个地方， very different rulings 那么 third party不可能去分别cater这两种ruling 因此 a new party will never attract the overall 1/3 of the entire disenchanted members

你好，请问原文中“But over a third of the voters from each party reported being so disenchanted with。。。” 这句话是什么意思？是所有受访者中的1/3对政策不满（不管是忠于哪个党的），还是各个党的支持者中都有1/3对这个党的政策不满？谢谢
