do you agree or disagree a serious and strict teacher is more effective than a teacher with humor and is easygoing?

with the development of society, teacher pay more attention on their attidute to students during the class than methods to teach. attitudes play an important role in class than before. now school has a new rule ,a questionnaire about teachers,to survey teaching quaility. some teacher want the highest evaluation, so they teach with humor on purpose to let student make a good impression. but i think a teacher with humor and easygoing is more effective in the class for the flowing reason.

students in the class teaching by a humorous and easygoing teacher can understand the whole class.teachers always tell some little joke can release students press, let students have a rest and have a short time to get rid of the study, they will feel relaxed and with rapt attention for next course. a class by a serious and strict teacher is not enough appeal to student. students always thinking about other things,although, they set in the class, they can not easyily understand what did teacher just say.they has a lost in the mind.

teacher shoule make friendship with their student. if students feel friendly and relaxed when they talk to their teacher, they will like to tell their trouble to their teacher. for example, when i was in the junior middle school, i get a trouble with playing piano, i want to give up. piano take me lots of years.my math teacher is a easygoing woman.she always make some jokes with us when we feel stressful before important texts. i told my trouble to her, her persuade me many times, finally i insist on play and make a piece of achievement.On the contrary, when a strict and serict teacher ask a question to a student, as for they are not familiar with teacher,they will be stressful. under the pressure, student will make more mistake, the teacher will get angry. also if students have some problems, they would not ask serious teacher for help because they do not know wheather teacher want to help them.

edmittedly,some peaple think a serious and strict teacher is more effective than a humorous teacher, because teacher shoud not paly some joke in the class, it waste time.student spend money for improve thierselives not for happnise. but use some time play a joke can regulate students condition, it is a necessary waste in the class. Therefore,a teacher who is a humorous and easygoing person is more effective than one who is a serious and strict person.therefore, a teacher who is a humorous and easygoing person is more effective than one who is a serious and strit person.

do you agree or disagree with the following statement? playing sports teaches people lessons about the life.
playing sports brings various benefits to people. students do some sports is good for their body building. adults do some sports can feel relax and do not have much time to think about their job.also people really have some class during they sports time.
one of lesson they will have is team work.for example,in the basketball or soccer game,team members should be collaborate to beat the opponents and win the game.any individual players,no matter how strong or skillful,he can not win the game without his team members help.michael jordan is an example.he can not hold on the ball all of the time in the game.his team members always pass the ball to him,so he has a lot of changes to get the scores.
the other lesson is never give up.in a sport game ,if your team is behind in score,you should never give up.on the contray,you should try you best and fight until the game is over.michael jordan made the last shot in the nba finals in 1998 against the jazz.in the 1999 champions league finals,the manchester united scored four in the second half off the game and won the championship.
absolutely, in my country, there is a famous catchphrase” people who always playing sports like a bird always catch sect in the morning. the bird will not starving ,the people will not have disease. People always do some sports can tight their muscle, shrink their abdomen. Physical sports exercise can reduce the risk of various diseases. Believe it or not, people do sports at the time, which makes him look younger than his real age.
In short, playing sports is a great asset to a successful life. cherish your team mates and share success with them,becanse the victory in the game attribute the success to yours. if you have the opportunity to playing sports.do not think is a common game,it is a lesson to teach you some truth about your life .you will never lost the game to the best of your ability .remember do sport regularly as you can.it can let you get rid of the pressure in the daily life ,and give you can a fresh mood

do you agree or disagree with the statement. students are more influenced by their teachers than by their friends.
if a person ask me a question, do you think friends is influenced people deeper than their teachers . I would definitely responded:” of course, my friend.” in my country, parents always tell a famous catchphrase to their children" who you be with, who you will be.” in my childhood, this sentence influent me a lot.
teacher can teach student in class, but students have more time spend with their friends. choose a best friends is important, it can change your life. but teacher can not teach many truth of life in class.In the ancient period in china, a single mother moves their house three times for looking for a good environment for her son to study. maybe you can not understand how the environment affect children in daily life. by the first and second place they dwell in, her son learn how to gamble and bargain with seller. because he always see his friends do like this. the most important thing is he do not pay attention to his study. finally, they move to a place where is near to the school. as has been happened before, his son make a lot of friends who are in the nearby school. They discuss their trouble in study to each other, do some exercise which is beneficial for their body building. the boy in the story is the famous leading thinkers in china ,he is Mencius.
Compare with teacher, students are more willing to talk with their friends. they are in the same age, also they have common interests. i am a big fan of basketball game, i always play basketball with my friends. during playing sports, we have some important lesson of life which can not teach in class. for example, teamwork, never give up and so on. teacher can not play with us, they can not running last 45 minutes.
acturally we have a huge influenced by friends, we also can not ingnore teachers effection, they teach me knowledge and lead us to be a useful man.they educate us to repay our country. teacher would be a gardener, if we were flowers. but friend is the soil, it is more inlunerce for us to be a good man.
the influnence for us by friends is obsolutely.if we have a good friend, we will be succful in the furtuer than have a failed friends.as a result, students are more influenced by their friends than by their friends.
