Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? It's better to make friends with intelligent people than with people who have a sense of humor?
A man can never live without friends. Undoubtedly it’s an indispensable component of our daily lives. A tremendous people maintain that make friends with a sense of humor is better with the intelligent ones. I concede their opinion. Nevertheless, as for me, I prefer make friends with intelligent people.
The primary reason to support my opinion is that making friends with intelligent people always broaden my mind and .For example, by sharing experiences and viewpoints with them, I always find some constructive opinions that enrich me. Actually, sometimes I'll invite my friends to go somewhere to have a cozy chitchat about the latest news. Some would agree that the intelligent people are very dull and boring, even don't know how to tell jokes like humorous people. But what if we interested in the same field or topic? What if we have the similar experience or feelings in an issue? Indisputably, they are no longer dull and unbearable.
Lending more credibility to my point that, making friends with them helps me improve myself constantly. I acquainted with an intelligent friend who now is a graduate student in MIT in a soccer match a few years ago. He is not only a competent friend but offer the motivation to upgrade myself. I began to expand my range of knowledge by reading many books, and keep working hard in my major and serve the law as the minor degree since lat years. I just want to keep pace with him.
On the other hand, it is very important not to take this assertion too far. Humorous people also benefit us in some aspects. Their optimistic altitude towards life could help us to relieve pressure when the emotional stress of the work has taken its toll on us. They can be a great seasoning in our lives.
Judging from all the evidences offered above, we can arrive at the conclusion that despite the humorous person’s ability to make us laugh, making friends with the intelligent people would be a better choice.

新国立NUS VS美国密歇根安娜堡（生物硕）

nus：新项目，隶属医学院，叫应用生物医学一年制，学校会安排进实验室。跟本科专业比较对口安娜堡：癌症化学生物，隶属于生物系，一年制，学校官网上讲成绩前几名可以直接转博士我一定会读博，且希望在硕士期间能够有一些文章产出，所以就想问一下，这两个学校哪个读博士比较容易？就是升博士比较顺利，害怕硕士毕业需要做一年ra。博士毕业后会直接回国，哪个学校会比较有知名度一点呢

关于申博跳板硕的选择。目标是去港五读会计博士，港中深会计授课硕和港科广的mphil哪个更有利于申博

西安大略和康考迪亚

楼主想扎根国外，背景是体制工作2年，本科双非文科。最先收到了蒙特利尔的康大Applied linguistic offer，让整个申请季信心大增。西安大略我申请的是同专业thesis MA，结果是被调剂到course based MA, 小伦敦的16个月好像也蛮好的。但是蒙特利尔相比小伦敦，是不是工作机会更多呢？

爱丁堡vs新国立

不润，不考虑学费，课程硬核一点好，希望学到东西，以后想试试读博，最终还是要回国。新国立是Analysis方向，这个专业设置好像比较面向医院。要是能有友友分享下就读体验和去向就好了ww
