I started to apply for this program at early September upon the opening of online system. And I got offer on around middle of December. Hope my answers would be helpful. Good luck with your applications !

Is it an conditional offer? any condition about B level, average mark or GPA? Or just only the graduation certificate and Degree certificate? Thank you so much;-)

Thank you for your questions. Since I am still undergraduate, it is truly a admission offer with conditions about final GPA no lower than 65% and as well as degree and graduate certificate, all of which I shall achieve by the deadline if I want formal offer.
