Secretary Recruiting

A finance company is looking for Part-time & Full time secretary to assist the office works

1,Quota
2 part-time secretaries & 1 full-time secretary

2,Duties and Obligations
Including but not exclusive to:

Administrative supports to the office.
Writing emails& paper work
Internal & external liaison work
Maintain and update Website
Organizing activities / functions

3,Requirements

Smart, pleasant, meticulous & enthusiastic, well-organized
Systematic, detail-oriented, efficient & able to handle multiple tasks
Current University students are welcomed
People with experience of admin/organizing activities is highly preferred
People can start working immediately is highly preferred
Cantonese speaking is NOT required

4,Working Hours

Part-time:
Provide minimum 16hours of service per week
Specific time can be flexible.
At least 6-month contract

Full-time:
5 Days per week.
9:00am-6pm (including 1 hour lunch time)

5,Salary
Part-time:
70HKD per hour
Full-time:
Depends on your interview performance & experience
