我在博士科研的过程中将152道issue题重新分了12大类，剩下一道题未分类。现在我将这些分类公布出来。为了检查我的分类是否合理，我先举例解释分类的理由，然后列出可能属于这一分类的题目给大家选。请大家留言参与，也算是一个熟悉题库的过程。

第四类： Challenging the authority  （共 9  题，其中 1 题重复）
分类原则：本类所有的命题都涉及具有权威或权力的机构、组织和制度。部分题目还涉及对权威的挑战。
举例：
issues 17<68>: Some people believe that the purpose of education is to free the mind and the spirit. Others believe that formal education tends to restrain our minds and spirits rather than set them free.
