想申请阿尔伯塔的一个老板，看主页要求写 coverletter 感觉不知道该写些什么。原文如下
I am currently seeking passionate, bright and highly motivated individuals interested in pursuing graduate studies (M.Sc or Ph.D. degree) in the disciplines of ruminant nutrition, ruminant physiology, microbiology and molecular biology. I am also always accepting applications for post docs.

The desire and ability to lead research projects and work within a team of other highly motivated individuals are of critical importance to this position. For the next five years my focus will be aimed at understanding how early life nutrition and management of young ruminants can impact gastrointestinal microbiology and physiology.  Specific interests include:

1) Elevated vs Restricted Calf Feeding Programs  (Pre- and post-weaning)
2) Colostrum Feed Programs (Impact of novel bioactives)
3) Early life microbial colonization and imprinting
The proposed research will use a combination of classical nutrition, digestive physiology, microscopy and high-throughput techniques in molecular biology and microbiology.  Techniques in all of these fields will be used to further explain the biological mechanisms controlling gastrointestinal growth and barrier function.
A research assistantship is available for qualified candidates. Interested candidates with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in animal science, animal nutrition, microbiology,  molecular biology, or physiology are asked to apply by sending a cover letter of their career interests, their curriculum vitae, and transcript copies.

准备套这个老师，官网上专门做了他们的网页介绍自己的实验室而且明确写了自己要找人。请问我第一封陶瓷信该怎么写呢直接按要求把所有东西都发过去么  还是再询问一下
