There are two Ph.D. positions in electric power area currently available with full scholarship in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Kentucky for 2019 Spring Semester. If your background and interest include power electronics, electric motor drives, renewable energies and the like, you are very welcome to apply for it. The application deadline is Oct. 15, 2018. Applicants with a master degree or working experience in electric power engineering, power electronics, and electric motor drives will give prior consideration. 1. The minimum TOEFL requirement: 80 points.
2. The minimum GRE requirement: 310+3
