OFFERED POSITIONS

Administration Officer

Duties & Responsibilities:

○ Perform general clerical duties and admin support to the team
○ Maintain systematic database and records filing
○ Coordinate preventative maintenance services
○ Follow up of payment settlement schedule with clients, suppliers and vendors
○ Maintain cost tracking report and prepare purchase orders
○ Other supportive jobs

Requirements:

○ Higher diploma, associate degree or above in related disciplines
○ Excellent command of spoken and written Cantonese. Proficiency in spoken and written English. Hong Kong local is preferred.
○ 0-1 years of admin / facilities / property management or relevant experience
○ Customer-oriented mind-set, strong communication and interpersonal skills
○ Self-motivated, well organized and able to work independently
○ Proficiency in MS Office applications, include Chinese word processing

Editor

Duties & Responsibilities:

○ Editorial work for publications and learning materials
○ Bilingual Translating works between English to Chinese.

Requirements:

○ Higher diploma, associate degree or above in related disciplines
○ Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin, Cantonese is an advantage
○ 0-1 years of editorial / journalistic experience
○ Maintain a high standard of work with good time management.
○ Excellent communication skill, problem solving skill, detail-minded and multi-tasking.
○ Proficiency in MS Office applications

Account Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:

○ Handling marketing and presentation material preparation
○ Assist in marketing campaign, e.g. holding events, exhibitions and roadshow promotion
○ Assist and give support in developing marketing strategies
○ Provide daily liaison with designers and clients and maintaining excellent account relationship

Requirements:

○ Higher diploma, associate degree or above in related disciplines
○ Proficiency in spoken and written English and Putonghua is a must, Cantonese is an advantage
○ 0-1 years working experience in media, advertising, public relations; candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Account Executive
○ Good communication skills, self-motivated, out-going, detail-minded, organized, well time management and willing-to-learn
○ Should be able to work independently and under pressure
○ Knowledge in photoshop and video editing is an advantage.
