Applicants should possess a research-oriented Master or Ph.D. degree in psychology, management, or a related discipline in behavioral science. They should have a good command of written and spoken English. Spoken Cantonese and/or Mandarin are preferred but are not essential. They should also have good project planning, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in advanced statistical analyses; knowledge of using business and analytical software such as Microsoft Office, SPSS, Mplus, and R; a strong sense of responsibility; the ability to work independently; and be motivated to learn. The appointee will report to Dr. Helen H. Zhao of the Faculty. He/She will work with university professors, administrative staff, company executives, and HKU undergraduate students.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
