Job Title: Business Developer/Executive Assistant

Company Profile:

Company started in China established in 2000. With Woman’s Appeal and clothing as its main business, it has successively opened its business in the United States in 2014. The company has its brand and mainly style is sexy.

Job Description/Requirements for Business Developer:

Responsible for the business development and business negotiation of new business platform and the same industry partners.
Responsible for collecting and analyzing the information of competitive market to form an analysis report as the basis for decision-making.
Responsible for making and maintaining the process and regulation of business development and business promotion cooperation.
Responsible for planning, organizing promotion activities, following up, analyzing and performance evaluation.
Responsible for comprehensive analysis of operational status and coming up with the suggestion for factory optimization.

Job Description/Requirements for Executive Assistant:
Responsible for the business payroll and paycheck. Experience in payroll service is a plus.
Responsible for managing calendars and set up meetings.
Responsible for recording each meeting.
Responsible for organizing tasks assigned.
Answering phone calls and emails
Recording and prepare meetings
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding in organization skills
Previous experience in similar roll will be a plus
