具体研究内容包括:

3)        通过X光射线计算机断层扫描研究微生物成矿产气以及产膜与可变性多孔介质的相互作用;
4)        提出适用于海洋土体改性及油气开采技术相关的海洋生物化学反应过程。

4)        通过数值模拟研究微生物化学技术对海洋工程土体性能改良的机理及对技术在实际工程中使用的相关性能评估。
备注:研究可包括但不限于上述研究内容,课题组十分欢迎也支持任何与课题组发展方向相关的科学合理的研究内容。

待遇与福利:
薪酬待遇及聘期:
博士后聘期两年, 年薪33.5万元左右,含广东省补助15万元(税前)及深圳市生活补助6万元(税后),并按深圳市有关规定参加社会保险及住房公积金。博士后福利费参照学校员额内教职工标准发放。特别优秀者可以申请校长卓越博士后,年薪可达41.5万元。(含广东省及深圳市补助)课题组提供优良的工作环境和境内外合作交流机会,博士后在站期间享受两年共计2.5万学术交流经费资助。
其他待遇:
1)        根据博士后具体科研工作业绩情况,可享受院系、课题组相应的科研绩效奖励。
2)        课题组提供充足的科研支持,并协助博士后本人作为负责人申请中国博士后科学基金、国家自然科学基金及广东省、深圳市各级科研项目。
3)        课题组可协助符合条件的博士后申请“广东省海外青年博士后引进项目”。即在世界排名前200名的高校(不含境内,排名以上一年度泰晤士、USNEWS、QS和上海交通大学的世界大学排行榜为准)获得博士学位,在广东省博士后设站单位从事博士后研究,并承诺在站2年以上的博士后,申请成功后省财政给予每名进站博士后资助60万元生活补贴(与广东省博士后生活补贴不同时享受,与深圳市博士后生活补贴享受情况以深圳市政策规定为准);对获得本项目资助,出站后与广东省用人单位签订工作协议或劳动合同,并承诺连续在粤工作3年以上的博士后,省财政给予每人40万元住房补贴。
4)        博士后出站选择留深从事科研工作,且与本市企事业单位签订3年以上劳动(聘用)合同的,可以申请深圳市博士后留深来深科研资助。深圳市政府给予每人30万元的科研启动经费资助。
5)        对于落户深圳的博士后,可以按博士落户的身份向深圳市申请一次性租房和生活补贴3万元(免税,自主网上申请)。
6)        依据自身符合的条件情况,在站或出站留深博士后可申请 "深圳市孔雀计划C类人才"或者"深圳市后备级人才",享受5年160万的奖励津贴(免税)。
7)        对于优秀的出站博士后将积极推荐协助其申请南方科技大学研究助理教授岗位。

课题组简介:
课题组PI,王誉泽博士,助理教授,博士生导师。本科毕业于吉林大学土木工程,随后免试保送至浙江大学岩土工程系攻读硕士学位,师从中国科学院院士陈云敏教授,硕士毕业后前往英国剑桥大学工程系攻读博士学位,师从英国皇家工程院院士Kenichi Soga教授,博士毕业后于杜伦大学工程系进行博士后研究。在微流体芯片多孔介质设计、微生物促成矿物沉淀加固土体的微观过程和机理、溶质在多孔介质中吸附运移模拟以及新型土体防污改性和加固改良等技术等领域做出了较多成果。在国际高水平期刊(如Géotechnique,JGGE,Engineering Geology, Geotextiles and Geomembranes, Science of the Total Environment 等)和国际主流会议(如ICSMGE,AGU 和ICGE等)发表论文或会议摘要10余篇。担任JGGE以及ES&T等多个国际高水平期刊审稿人。于2020年受聘于南方科技大学海洋科学与工程系。
王誉泽课题组研究方向为海洋岩土工程从微观到宏观,在微观层面主要集中在利用微流体芯片、X光射线计算机断层扫描、环境扫描电镜等先进的化学、生物医学媒介及成像技术手段研究微米尺度的微生物成矿、产气以及产膜的生物化学反应过程以及多相反应流的微观运移机理,并在此基础上通过宏观室内单元体模型试验以及数值模拟分析来发展海洋岩土体加固改良以及油气开采相关的新技术。课题组一方面针对海洋岩土工程等领域生物化学反应过程相关的前沿问题进行探索,突破科学问题的理论瓶颈。另一方面,通过宏观室内单元体模型试验以及数值模拟为新型海洋岩土体改良以及油气开采提出新方法。

2 Postdoctoral Fellows in Microbiology and Marine Geotechnical Engineering

【Position overview】

【Position 1】
Job requirements
1)        Applicants who have or are about to graduate with a Ph.D degree, have a background in microbiology, biochemistry, environmental chemistry or environmental geotechnical research, and those who have scientific research experience related to microbial culture and biochemical experiments are preferred;
2)        Strong scientific research and innovation ability, can independently carry out high-level research work, has published no less than 1 SCI paper as the first author or corresponding author in related fields, and those who have published high-quality papers are preferred;
3)        Good writing skills in English scientific papers and project applications, good English listening and speaking skills, and those who can use English to guide international students are preferred;
4)        Honest, hard-working and team-cooperative.

Specific research topics include
1)        Marine microorganism cultivation and activity testing;
2)        Explore the biochemical process and mechanism of microbial mineralization, gas production or film production in porous media;
3)        Study the microbial metallogenic gas production and the interaction between the film production and variable porous media by X-ray computed tomography;
4)        Propose a marine biochemical reaction process that is applicable to the modification of marine soils and oil and gas extraction technology.

【Position 2】
Job requirements
1)        Applicants who have or are about to graduate with a Ph.D., have a research background in the fields of geotechnical engineering, petroleum engineering, geological engineering or mechanics. Those who have lab test design or relevant scientific research experience in numerical simulation are preferred;
2)        Strong scientific research and innovation ability, can independently carry out high-level research work, has published no less than 1 SCI paper as the first author or corresponding author in related fields, and those who have published high-quality papers are preferred;
3)        Good writing skills in English scientific papers and project applications, good English listening and speaking skills, and those who can use English to guide international students are preferred;
4)        Honest, hard-working and team-cooperative.

Specific research topics include
1)        Lab model device design;
2)        Lab model tests to study the interaction between microbial chemical processes and soil porous media;
3)        Study the improvement of seabed soil strength, stiffness and seismic performance through mechanical tests and other microbial chemical techniques;
4)        Study the mechanism of microbial chemical technology through numerical simulation to improve the performance of marine engineering soil and the related performance evaluation of the technology used in actual engineering.

Remarks: Research may include but is not limited to the above research topics. The research group welcomes and supports any scientific and reasonable research topic related to the research direction of the group.

【Salary and benefits】
Salary and employment period
The post-doctoral employment period is two years, with an annual salary of about 335,000 yuan, including a subsidy of 150,000 yuan (before tax) from Guangdong Province and 60,000 yuan (after tax) from Shenzhen, and social insurance and housing provident fund in accordance with the relevant regulations of Shenzhen. The post-doctoral welfare fee shall be paid according to the standards of the university. Specially outstanding people can apply for the principal's outstanding postdoctoral fellow, with an annual salary of up to 415,000 yuan (Including Guangdong and Shenzhen subsidies). The research team provides excellent working environment, domestic and international cooperation and exchange opportunities. Post-doctors can apply for a total of 25,000-yuan academic exchange funding during the two years.

Other benefits
1)        According to the post-doctoral research achievements, you can obtain the corresponding scientific research performance rewards of research group
2)        The research team provides sufficient scientific research support and assists the postdoctoral as the principle investigator to apply for the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and scientific research projects at all levels in Guangdong and Shenzhen.
3)        The research team can assist qualified post-doctorals to apply for the "Overseas Young Postdoctoral Introduction Project in Guangdong Province". That is to obtain a doctorate degree in the top 200 universities in the world (excluding mainland China, the rankings of the previous year's Thames, USNEWS, QS and Shanghai Jiaotong University's World University Rankings), and engage in post-doctoral research in post-doctoral stations in Guangdong Province, and promised to be a post-doctoral for more than 2 years in the station. After successful application, the provincial finance will give each post-doctoral subsidy of 600,000 yuan for living subsidies. Please notice that the living subsidy from provincial finance conflict with Guangdong post-doctoral living subsidy. The regulations of Shenzhen shall prevail. The provincial finance will provide a housing subsidy of 400,000 yuan per person to those who obtain the project funding, sign a work agreement or labor contract with the employer in Guangdong Province, and promise to work in Guangdong for more than 3 years after completing the 2-year Postdoctoral experience.
4)        Post-doctors who choose to stay in Shenzhen for scientific research work and sign an employment contract with enterprises and institutions in Shenzhen for more than three years can apply for post-doctoral research funding. The Shenzhen Municipal Government grants 300,000 yuan per person for research start-up funding.
5)        For Postdoctoral who have settled in Shenzhen, they can apply for a one-time rent and living allowance of 30,000 yuan from Shenzhen (tax-free, independent online application).
6)        According to the conditions that they meet, they can apply for "Shenzhen Peacock Program Class C Talents" or "Shenzhen Reserve Talents" after staying in or leaving the postdoctoral fellowship in Shenzhen and gain an incentive allowance (tax-free) of 1.6 million for 5 years.
7)        For outstanding postdoctoral fellows, we will actively recommend and assist them to apply for the position of research assistant professor of Southern University of Science and Technology after completing the postdoctoral experience.

【About the research group】
Dr. Wang Yuze, PI of the research group, is currently an assistant professor and Ph.D supervisor at the Department of Ocean Science and Engineering, Southern University of Science and Technology. Dr. Wang Yuze obtained her Ph.D. in engineering in the University of Cambridge in 2019 under supervision of Prof. Kenichi Soga, Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering. During 2019 and 2020, Dr. Wang worked as a postdoctoral research associate in Durham University.

Dr. Wang’s current research interests are seabed stabilization, marine bio-geotechnics, marine energy geotechnics, and marine geotechnics from micro to macro. She has been doing significant research on theory of reactive fluid transport behavior in porous medium, the use of Microbial-Induced Carbonate Precipitation or biopolymers for soil stabilization. In recent years, Dr Wang has published more than 10 high-quality journal/top conference papers journals, such as Geotechnique,JGGE,Engineering Geology, Geotextiles and Geomembranes and conference preceedings, such as ISCMGE and ICEG. She regularly serves as reviewer for several top journals including JGGE and ES&T, etc.

Dr. Wang Yuze's research group focuses on marine geotechnical engineering from micro to macro. At the micro level, the group mainly focuses on the use of microfluidic chips, X-ray computed tomography, environmental scanning electron microscope and other advanced chemical, biomedical media and imaging techniques scale microbial mineralization, gas production and membrane biochemical reaction process and multi-phase reaction flow microscopic migration mechanism, and developing marine rock and new soil reinforcement technologies related to seabed improvement and oil and gas extraction through lab unit model tests and numerical simulations. The research group, explored the frontier issues related to biochemical reaction processes in marine geotechnical engineering and other fields at the microscale. At the macroscale, new methods are to proposed for the stabilization of seabed and oil/gas exploitation through lab unit model tests and numerical simulations.
