Which plan do you think is better?

Thesis statement: From my perspective, the first approach will be more effective since teaching is something you can only improve through practice rather than by acquiring some general principle and knowledge. More importantly, teachers, unlike studetns, are more willing to learn by discussions instead of merely accepting knowledge, which is the characteristic of online materials. Besides，off-line course can also help create an environment where teachers could communicate with each other, which could greatly stimulate their interest. From these considerations, the fisrt way is more appropriate for the high school to improve the teaching skill of teachers.

Point: Teaching, just like other practical skills, needs practice to hone.
Information (examples):From our experience as a student, we can find out the truth that there is not necessarily a link between erudite and good teaching skill. Rather, there are many teachers with sufficient professional knowledge who are unable to convey their ideas clearly or devise some effective way to communicate with the students. Some other teachers just can't figure out the complexity degree to which they should keep when explaining questons to the  high school students.
Elaboration: For these teachers, who already know all the knowledge and principles they should be equipped with to teach the high school students, what they need is of course not reading some materials and try to digest it by asking some questions online. Instead, what they need the most is to watch how other excellent teachers do in their classes, like how they construct their class structure on the basis of the high school students' mind level and how they stimulate the interest of students by utilizing some interactive games. And he can also benefit a lot by practicing it in classes and have other teachers or experts commenting on it. These approaches can all be adopted in an off-line courses, no matter it's the course held by the experts to some excellent teachers or by these outstanding teachers to the rest of teachers in the high school.

Middle paragraph 2Point: What's more, teachers as adults, may be more apt to accpet the way of discussing instead of just receiving knowledge, by which they could elaborate their confusions and find out the answers or find some new perspectives to their original answers.
Information: Admittedly, there are many teachers who are always ready to acquire new knowledge. But there are also a not small amount number of teachers who are rather confident about their own teaching skills and can't see the defects of it. So, an one-size-for-all model without first discussing with them and realizing the poossible flaws in their teaching practice would hardly be effetive. Besides, in an off-line class, teachers can always adjust their content according to the response of listeners, making the teaching a rather flexible process which can hardly be acheived through online teaching.
Elaboration: By better gearing the content of courses to the needs and present level of the listeners, these courses can achieve their purpose more effectively since it can best stimulate the listeners' interest and drive them to learn.

Middle paragraph 3:point: Besides adjusting the courses to the demand all the listeners, bringing all the teachers together is also a good way to arouse the curiosity of them since it can help creat a community where teachers could learn from each other.
Information:It's well-known that nowdays the education system is competition-oriented, not only for the students but also for the teaches. so most of the teachers won't have the chance to communicate with each other about improving teaching skills when at school as they are competing with each other for promotion. This could do great harm to the teaching improvement of the school as a whole, since it precludes the information exchange between teachers. But attending courses together will creat an environment where listeners need to exchange ideas, which can definitely help teacher to reflect on their own teaching practice and accelerate the generation of novel ideas and approaches in the teaching process.

Thesis statement:
Asking parents to help or penalty and punishment to the students would not achieve the goal that stop students cheat in their homework, and the most efficient and effective way is asking teacher to create assignment that cannot be easily cheated.

Middle paragraph 1
Point: Asking parents to help students from cheating and punish them will works in a certain extent. However, it might backfire and bringing bad influence.
Information (examples):  In adolescent, teenagers always have a rebellious behavior and parents' preachy and punishment will make them cheat more seriously.
Elaboration: In a recent research, nearly 2/3 students admit that they don't want to listen to parents' preach, even though they know they are wrong. As for penalty and punishment, is definitely the worst way to teach students. It will harm not only their physical health, but also mental health, even leaving a life time long influence in their heart.

Point: Require teacher to create homework assignment that cannot be easily cheated will solve the problem at its source.
Information (examples):  Consider a symphony orchestra's experience, everyone focus on their own instrument, like someone playing piano, someone playing violin, thus they cannot cheated on their assignments.
Elaboration: If everyone's assignments are different, students cannot copy from others and cheated on homework can be avoided.

Point:Based on the busy routine of high school teachers, the bulky of them hardly can find it suitable to attend a lecture and promise any practical effect of understand what has been displayed on from the trained teachers which in other words can be thought to be inflexible. Information (examples): Many high school teachers are always so busy during their diurnal work as they need  to be prepared for the lecture and show in a classroom in a specific time, as a result of which many teachers may be giving the class while the training program is being going. When a teacher feels so tired or fraught with the work, he or she scarce have the extra energy to focus on the training and couldn't benefit any thing from it.

Elaboration: The normal routine in a school is somewhat fixed which means a great cost has to be made for the training program, a kind of cost that may overwhelms the expected effect or may just contradict the training program which is likely to last a long period.

Information:
Students may bolster the proposal of prolonging the opening hours while experts may oppose it. Although students can stay at the school library for a longer time, extended opening hours of the library require additional cost. Since the budget of a university is limited, additional cost may cause a deficit budget or may lead to a decrease of budget in other areas.  
Elaboration:
Students tend to make decisions for the sake of their personal interests instead of the development and management of their university. In other words, students are prone to think in a subjective way. In contrast, experts will make determinations from a global perspective, which means when they make out a plan, they will take various factors into consideration.

Information (examples): In some university, cheating in homework will exert positive effect in their overall grade, even make them cannot graduate from university
Elaboration: Some university maintain that cheating is a critical problem about person quality, so serious penalty is necessary. Facing with such enormous punishment, many students will feel so afraid that not to cheat.

From my own prospective, I prefer the later plan that every teacher utilizes the Internet to absorb the additional training individually.

Since different teachers from heterogeneous high school have various teaching qualities, it is implausible to training them without supervising from some experts and interactions of questioning and answering.

Image that we have one thousand teachers needing training, but at first, only a small part of them can be trained by an expert. It is unconvincing that these would be a good supervisor to train other untrained ones though they assimilate the training efficiently. These excellent teachers might not go through the same difficulties that other teachers have experienced, which would result in an embarrassing situation where the training will have no effect on improving the overall teaching quality.

The education psychology is the required course for the teacher, which gives the methods to analyze the students’ activities, and the solutions to handle the potential problems in the students’ mind.

Teachers can use this knowledge to analyze the behavior of cheating by the students and use the theory in the homework system that cannot be easily cheated.

Information (examples): Students haven't experienced life in the real grand society. They don't have to work, thus don't know how their decisions may do to others' life. For example, they only take classes rather than arranging classes. Teachers life may be a mess if students change their classes as they like. Students are less likely to make proper decisions satisfying other majorities. Experts can do researches to find the possibly most reasonable way so that can deal with the complicated issues in the campus.
Elaboration: Life experience and knowledge are vital when making big decisions.

Information (examples): Students may be exhausted if they have to consider school issues aside from their studying. He may have to sacrifice his personal studying time to deal with school works. On the contrary, experts have studied about issue planning, they can manage it much more effectively.

This way every teacher is provided with the material they could utilize whenever or wherever convenient. Teachers could make the best use of their empty hours in their office, or home, or coffee shops. Entitled to this liberty, they are probably to gain related knowledge more efficiently comparing to the first plan, which requires them to be trained together by other teachers. Different teachers have different schedules. It takes some discussion, even concession to gather a group of teachers in a certain place and keep them for hours of training.

Therefore, it is preferable to train teachers online, allowing teachers to control the training pace themselves, saving the time and energy wasted otherwise, and increasing the efficiency of teacher training.

Point:Taking courses in different courses can help students to cultivate comprehensive abilities. Information (examples):Nowadays, more and more jods need combination of many knowledge, and company who would like to hire prefers students who have knowledge in different fields. For example, an analyst in an investment bank is required to master knowledge in math, business and programming.
Elaboration: So it is a advantage for a students who takes courses in many subjects including math, business and programming to get this job easily after graduation and to get used to working content quickly.
