Do the movies and television have more negative effect than positive effect on the young people?

People are always thankful that they are born in the 20th century which is an era that media becomes universal. With the increasing ways of recreation, young people find it easy to kill time and really enjoy themselves especially when they are watching movies in the theatre or watching television at home. Should young people spend time on movies and televison or not? This essay is talking about the pros and cons when enjoying these time-killers.

It is always a common agreement among parents that movies and televison are evils to young people. Throughout the parents' life, they spend countless hours on movies and television and they thought they should have saved more time on career or study. A study conducted by an organization which defeat children rights indicates that the majority of children tend to spend more than 15 hours a week on watching televison and the number is increasing. These hours not only take away precious time that children should have spent on study and decrease their amount of time doing physical exercise as well. So a kid spend so much time watching televison may ruin both his or her mental and phyical growth which means that he or she fails to complete the task of what they should do at their age, that is, to become an intelligent and healthy grown up.

However, not all of these young people who watching movies and televison deserve the blame. Some TV programs or movies do beneficial to young people in some ways. There are lots of interviews about celebrities who are scientists, musicians and architectures and so on. When talking about what made them become who they are today, the celebrities may mention a moment that they got inspired and decided to do what they do. Most of these moments, you have to admit, are watching TV programs and movies, which are ordinary ways for young people to get to know the outside world. So in this way, it is hard to deny that movies and television help a lot on the issue that children decide what they are going to do in the future, these time-killers help young people to find dreams.

So it is fairly to say that watching movies or television itself is not an evil, but young people can decide to turn these recreation ways to evil or not. It is the amount of time that would be spent in entertaining should be considered reasonably. After all, while we are having fun, we are in search of our interest and interest is the best teacher for young people.

So in this way, it is hard to deny that movies and television help a lot on the issue that children decide what they are going to do in the future (with the young people to decide what they are going be ), these time-killers help young people to find dreams. The meaning of travelling always differs from person to person, no one can exactly explain the reason why so many people are travel-addicted. Taking travelling as a hobby as well, I would like to travel with a tourist guide who provide me with local anecdots and guide me to experience the local tradition. This essay is talking about travelling in a group led by a tourist guide is the best way to travel.

Travelling with a group of people is always something benefitial. While travelling togeter, your group mate may give you a lift when climbing the mountain, take photos or even help you bargain with the local vendors. They may also share their feelings and wonderful snap shots during the trip and it is a good chance to know some new friends. Having someone company in a trip could never be more sweet.

Having a professional tourist guide can be a crucial factor to decide whether your trip can meet your satisfactory or not. With aboundant knowledge of historical and mystery story about the local place, tourist guides advance your understanding of the culture of another nation. Due to the fact that the majority of tourist guide have lived in the tour site for many years, it is certain that they know quiet a number of local restaurant which can provide you with authentic and delicious local food. What's more, getting along with a tourist guide may also give you a chance to experience the tradition, such as eating habits, traditional festivals, religious belief and so on. Throughout our lives, we have faced many tasks, some were easy to accomplish without much effort, some required patience and resistance to be dealt with. No matter how difficult the task is, we all feel satisfied and proud at the time we finish the work, meantime the more complex the work is, the more happiness the work may bring about. This essay talks about difficult work can offer more pleasure to people than the easy ones.

Tough work can be challenging to people while at the same time arouse more passion for the challenger to solve the problem. Tough work mostly requires some abilities or qualities that are beyond our capacity. For example, you try to solve a Geometry problem which requires three dimension thinking pattern which turns out to be your weakness. This challenging problem may stimulate your conquest desire which is one of the original desires of human beings, and you are willing to put more effort to think in a three dimension way. Therefore, you really expect you could work out the problem and once your expectancy is achieved you will definitely be more satisfied and happier than a less effort-required task.

What's more, challenging work never fails to fascinate someone who wants to increase personal value. Let's imagine that you are going to climb a rough mountain, after you climb all the way up to the summit of the mountain and maybe even get a scratch on your arms on the way, you just feel so proud of yourself while standing at the highest point and admire the scenery below the mountain.
