History not only provides us the knowledge of anindividual’s past but also narrates the development, prosperity or decay of amass of person, such as a nation or all the human being. When we are attemptedto solve the present or future problems, I endorse the view that it isnecessary to understand past.

As what says in the Ecclesiastes ‘there isnothing new under the sun’. Some times the events, which happened in someone’slife, might also reoccur in another one’s life. The youngsters always ask forhelp from the elders, for instance how to deal the interpersonal relationship.What the elders have experience offer good examples for the young men. Becauseunderstanding of the past from the elders or by the youth stimulates theconfused ones inquiring ways of figuring out the problems.

In the same way, it is crucial for a man tounderstand what he has experienced, especially those matters an individual hasfailed in. That would be of the essence for the future success. I triumphantlyfinished a study on finding a proper energy-saving material for the building. As we know that KFC was fined for its conducting the unhealthy way of eating recently. We sometimes get some beneficial information for the public medium. And here we could get a conclusion that the advertising does not do such great amount of harms that cause itself the most important reason for our unhealthy eating habits.

Another important factor is that the unhealthy eating habits were attributed to someother ways. As the development of our society, people are inclined to take more time on working and amusements, and less time are spent on eating. The fastfood they buy from the supermarkets or fast-food restaurant contains too much fat or carbohydrates which could lead to obesity. At the same time, people do less exercises and the fat are stored in their bodies may cause diseases.

Also,the unhealthy eating habits are related to individuals, who easily plunge themselves into eating too much or the unhealthy food. Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? A job with more vacation time but a low salary is better than a job with a high salary but less vacation time.

As the development of economy, nowadays people are living a more and more busy life than ever before. Because they spend too much time on their jobs, there is little time for them to relax and amuse. And recently a fashionable view says a job with more vacation time but a low salary is better than a job with a high salary but less vacation time. This perspective fits my opinion well because of the following reasons.

Firstly, some people might argue that the vacation could show the value of an individual’s life. It is the vocation, or business offers people an opportunity to success or to achieve their lives’ goals. However, more things, such as affection with friends and family members, looking after animals or environmental protection, are welcomed by individuals for they represent human’s virtues. While we have to take more times on the non-vocational business, we turn to the low salary jobs but with more vacation time, by which we spend to achieve our dreams we long for. Personally, I would like to have a trip in another city or return to my hometown to stay with my parents for several days.

Some of the researchers has pointed out that people work under heavy stress would cause severe impact on human’s health such as heart disease or blood pressure illness. At the same time, as we know, some high salary jobs require people spend too much time on working. Thus they have less time to amuse themselves, such as doing exercises, eating meals punctually or staying with family members. We know that fatness, to some extent, attributes to less sport or eating too much, and the soaring divorce rate might be caused by little communication between couple, whom probably works too diligent to have enough time with their spouse.

To live a colorful or meaningful life, or care more about self or others, I would choose to get a position with less salary but more vacation time, by which I could do something more interesting and as important as my job.
