With seven decades of hard work of many generations (seven decades和many generations只能用一个，而且要放在of前）,
CRH has now become a symbol （用词不当） of wisdom, serenity (???), openness and confidence （confidence是人的属性，企业很少用这个词来描述自己的）. As reflected by the amber color of its corporate logo, CRH delivers a sense of maturity, sophistication, solidness and practicality. (deliver to whom? 要加对象的...）

From agency trade, industrialization to professional development (这个短语修饰后面的主句，完全是驴头不对马嘴）, CRH has turned from a small
and unknown firm into one of the strongest diversified conglomerates (???) in Hong Kong and Mainland China. This is the result of the wisdom and efforts of the past generations of CRH leaders who have overcome numerous obstacles and challenges (in what?). They had a hard time making the achievements of CRH possible. (had a hard time又用错了，connotation不对，这句话想表达的意思与前面完全重复，应该直接删掉）

Rooted in Hong Kong （这里就不要掉书袋用rooted，rooted比较抽象，应为Headquartered), CRH has adhered to [principles of] integrity in its operation （又和前面的修饰短语意思脱节。扎根香港和诚实做生意有什么逻辑关系吗？）. In the face of the difficult times (be specific! use "financial crisis", etc.), we continue to remain positive and adapt to changes to strive for  promising results and make significant contributions to the prosperity and stability of Hong Kong （句子层次不清，应写为 adapt to changes, striving for ... and making ...。而且prosperity and stability是官方的政治语言“繁荣稳定”，最好不要出现在公司的mission statement里）. In recent years, CRH has been focusing on the long-term value creation and development of the enterprise, vitalizing the company in various aspects. We have put in place a management model encompassing the features of a diversified business and pushed ahead with the development of its core businesses(->operations) in retail, power, beer(->brewery) and real estate in Mainland China, effectively and promptly establishing leading （两个-ing联用很拗口，最好另起一个句子。而且漏了定冠词。establishing用词不当，改为securing ） positions in respective industry.

We endeavor to incorporate the value of lifelong learning in our culture and（这个句子太长了而且容易产生歧义，从这里断开！） the elements of integrity, performance (element of performance是个什么东东？）, team spirit and innovation, etc. in our corporate philosophy have become the drivers (drivers...驱动程序啊？你要真想Drive好歹写成driving factors） for(->in) the development of CRH nowadays （->today).

As a member of CRH, I am very proud of its glorious history and remarkable performance. At the same time, I have a strong sense of responsibility to carry on the sacred mission (sacred mission这个词有政治/宗教含义，不要乱用）. In addition to striving for excellent results to maximize our shareholders’ return （又是这种啰嗦的叠加句型。。直接写 in addition to maximizing...）, we are also feel （这种低级语法错误就不用我解释了吧） indebted to the society （society这个词意思太多，改用public） and这个and用得句子主谓不明 reward （reward有种利益交易的意味在里面，不好，准确的说应该是reciprocate, 但你如果自己说自己去回报别人，未免显得不够谦虚，整个句子要换个写法） the communities by undertaking strong commitment to Mainland China and Hong Kong. In recent years, we have made aggregate tax contributions of over RMB10 billion each year (our aggregate... has reached.... 就可以鸟）, and donations of over RMB100 million for education, disaster relief and easing poverty.
Looking into the future, CRH will continue to adopt (adopt是一个短暂性动词，不能continue to adopt） an open and aggressive （……aggressive是有很强的贬义的。比如侵略者应当翻译成aggressor，而不是invader） approach in maintaining solid performance of its operations.
